This course has been developed to provide an overview and understanding of WHS responsibilities at each level of the workplace and a practical understanding of Primary Duty of Care owed by a PCBU and the duties of managers and supervisors to manage workers to comply with any reasonably instruction and workplace policy and procedure of the company relating to health or safety at the workplace and ensure that workers take "reasonable care" of their own safety while at work.
