Health and Safety Duties for Workers
Online (eLearning) Course

This online eLearning course aims to provide workers with an understanding of their WHS duties under the WHS Act and WHS Regulation.

 

Under WHS Law, workers must take reasonable care of their own safety and conduct around and with the people they work with as well as comply with instruction and directions from supervisors and managers, and with workplace procedures and protocols.

After completing this course you will have covered:

  • who are WHS Duty holders under WHS law

  • What each WHS duty holder's duties are

  • What your duties as a worker are under WHS law (including supervisors and managers)

 

You'll also gain a practical understanding of how you are required to fulfil these responsibilities.
