Psychological Risk Management in the Workplace
This course has been developed to provide learners with an understanding of what psychosocial hazards are, the effect that these hazards can have on the people in your workplace and how to eliminate or minimise the risk of psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
Learning Outcomes
The Courtenell eLearning Psychological Risk Management in the Workplace course aims to provide learners with an understanding of:

• the importance of supporting mental health in the workplace
• the challenges of maintaining a mentally healthy workplace
