Are Your Workers Consulted When ..?

A safe and healthy workplace is easier to achieve when workers are consulted and involved. And the WHS Act (section 49) says workers must be consulted. Also see page 5 of Code of Practice: How to Manage Work Health and Safety Risks.

You are welcome to download and use the following checklist of when workers must be consulted. Modify it, if you wish, for your workplace. Managers and Supervisors have an important part to play in achieving every part of this checklist.
